How do I return an item?
Our standard 90 day or 1 year extended warranty ($55.00) begins the date the order is delivered. In the rare event a hardware problem occurs during our warranty period or is damaged in shipping, an RMA # (Repair Merchandise Authorization Number) must be requested by calling our customer service number at 813 393-0058
The Used Mac Reseller warranty only covers repair service provided at our location. Items arriving for RMA service must have the original untampered warranty sticker if one was provided and be repackaged properly, insured, and include all original items and have the RMA # visible on the outside of each package. Refunds or exchanges are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received. Liquid damage and physical damage caused by misuse is not covered by our warranty. The return shipping address will be supplied at the time of return in an email.
